Australia's leading specialist Training and Assessment provider MRWED Training and Assessment launched MRWED Online in 2008. A genuine online and interactive way of studying that has assisted more than 600 students study their Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Completely self paced, Online students work through a range of questions, activities and assignments to complete their Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110.

Course Structure
MRWED Online is designed to be completely self paced. Work quickly through the tasks or take your time to create a balance between your professional and social commitments, its up to you. Either way the MRWED Learning Support Team are here to help you achieve your goals. MRWED Online aims to deliver the nationally recognised Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110 in a way which is best suited to the individual learner while meeting the benchmarks required to obtain the qualification.

A MRWED Learning Support Trainer is online and ready to assist with your studies. ONLINE participants can contact members of the MRWED Learning Support Team using email, instant messaging, private chat, or forum messages. And of course we welcome your calls for support and advice on FREECALL 1800 2 TRAIN (1800 287 246), which operates Monday-Friday between 8:30am – 4:30pm (AEST).

MRWED Online is designed to be as efficient as possible with your computer resources and internet bandwidth, however before you enrol for the MRWED Online Ecampus please make sure you meet or exceed the following requirements:

- 128 MB of RAM
- 4 Gb hard disk
- 800 x 600 display (1024 x 768 recommended)

- Internet access using 56k modem (broadband connection recommended)
- NOTE: Access to a printer is also considered necessary
SOFTWARE

For 10 years Stephen has trained, and developed training programs for the corporate sector. He brings an extensive history of sales based training as well as customer service, process & systems training.
Stephen is involved in the development & delivering of online training solutions in multiple platforms.
Jason Ash
Jason has over 6 years of experience training and assessing in corporate environments specialising in sales, communication, coaching and management courses. He has also developed online training programs and has been involved in the development of training material to meet client focuses and increase profitability. Jason is one of our fantastic online trainers providing advice and learning support to all of our students. |

Damian Noud
An experienced MRWED trainer, Damian has more than 15 years of experience training and assessing at universities and private colleges. Through his experiences as a Director of Studies and then Principal at NSW and QLD private training organisations, Damian has had substantial practical management experience in Australia's VET sector. Damian is involved with establishing the online learning platform and converting our learning resources to a suitable online format. |

Marc Ratcliffe
Principal of MRWED. His role is simply to oversee his awesome Online team and provide feedback on an ongoing basis. He is passionate about MRWED Online and was keen to see a flexible and easy-to-navigate online option for students undertaking the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Marc is the founder of the organisation and has been involved in Vocational Education for 20 years. His commitment to innovative teaching practice and a genuine love for engaging learning has enabled him to transform MRWED into one of Australia’s largest providers of trainer training. He has been delivering Certificate IV courses since 1997, (which includes the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and its predecessors). Further to this, he has delivered training to more than 5000 students in areas as diverse as business management, health and safety, marketing, team building and training and development. This experience includes conducting over 250 Certificate IV courses in the last 10 years. He is a Registered Teacher and has completed a Master in Education specialising in Adult and Workplace Education. |
