Trainers Tool Kit

The Trainer’s Toolkit is designed to help you to make better choices in your training activities and compiles 52 examples for readers to examine, trial, modify and explore. It is arranged as an “A-Z” for easy reference and navigation and together with explanations of how to use these activities is a host of helpful hints to enliven training and promote engagement.

This book doesn’t however provide a one-size-fits-all approach (as this often results in a one-size-fits-none). Moreover, it is a place to get you started with proven techniques which include examples and extensions to each of the activities headlined within.

If you have the goal of broadening the learning experience for your participants and adding some fun to your delivery, then this book is a first step in building your own trainers’ toolkit.
